Stryker was bred by Catherine Shields, Carousel Malinois, in Woodburn, OR, and is out of Fargo and Rave. He joined my household at the end of 2007.
Stryker and I played in performance events and have had a lot of fun together. Stryker is a phenomenal agility dog (now retired), and shows a lot of talent in anything involving his nose. Stryker picked up his Started title in herding Spring ’12 with one HIT and one RHIT, a we’ve picked up obedience and rally along the way. His current venue of choice is Barnhunt where he occasionally competes in Crazy 8s.
Stryker has an easy, adaptable temperament that made him a snap to integrate into my household. He’s also a a gracious host with visiting people, puppies and dogs. He has that delightful quality of being able to completely chill around the house, while still being able to turn on the afterburners in any sporting venue.
