Fishy Finger Food
- 3 – 6oz. cans *Tuna (do not drain)
- 2 1/4 C whole wheat flour
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 3 eggs lightly beaten
- handful of grated parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Put in greased 9X9 pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
- Allow to cool.
- Cut into "bars" and put those you won’t use in the next 4-5 days in a freezer container.
- Freeze. Thaw as needed
Give canned salmon or mackeral a try!
